Your game information
Droplet stores progress, unlocked worlds, run statistics, preferences, and recovery and skip balances on your device. It also keeps records of completed ad rewards to apply the hourly limit, purchase-delivery records to prevent duplicate rewards, and verified ownership of the permanent world bundle and banner-removal purchase. Apple manages your App Tracking Transparency permission in iOS Settings.
There is no Droplet account or FocusOpus cloud-save service. Consumable balances do not synchronize between devices. Removing the app may remove local progress and balances; device backups and Apple's purchase records are separate. FocusOpus cannot remotely retrieve or erase a save held only on your device.
Test versions can create local performance reports. The game's reporting feature does not automatically send these files to FocusOpus. If you send a report to support, it becomes part of your support correspondence.
Purchases
Apple processes App Store payments. The game receives product and signed transaction information to verify purchases, deliver items and restore eligible ownership. FocusOpus does not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account password. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
Droplet also uses Unity's purchasing service. It sends purchase-attempt, payment, failure and delivery events to Unity for purchase reporting and diagnostics. Information can include products, prices and currency, transaction identifiers and signed transaction information, session identifiers, Apple's identifier for vendor, and device, operating-system, language, app and service-version information. Available fields depend on the service and configuration.
This reporting is separate from advertising. Declining tracking permission, choosing not to watch rewarded ads, or buying banner removal does not turn purchase reporting off. Droplet sends Unity's separate advertising and analytics consent settings as Denied; these settings do not stop all purchase reporting. Unity explains its purchasing service in its IAP privacy overview.
Ads and tracking permission
A banner may appear on the pause menu. Banners do not appear during active gameplay or in the Supplies, world-selection, help, or purchase panels. The one-time Remove banner ads purchase removes pause-menu banners. It does not remove the separate, optional rewarded-ad offer.
In Supplies, you can choose Watch ad to earn one recovery token after completing an ad, up to five completed rewards per rolling hour. You can play and make purchases without watching a rewarded ad. Buying banner removal does not change the reward or the hourly limit.
Before starting the advertising service, Droplet checks Apple's App Tracking Transparency status. If Apple has not recorded a decision and allows a request, Droplet presents Apple's system permission dialog at the first ad opportunity. Refusing tracking permission does not prevent contextual ads, optional ad rewards, gameplay, or purchases. You can review or change Apple's permission in iOS Settings; the app's Supplies → Ads & privacy page provides information and policy links.
Droplet configures Unity Ads for contextual, non-personalized delivery whether tracking permission is allowed or refused, and sends restrictive privacy settings to Unity. With your permission, our advertising partners may use device identifiers to measure advertising across other companies' apps and websites. Apple's permission is separate from Droplet's restrictions on personalization. These settings do not mean that no information is collected.
Unity and its advertising service providers may process device and network information, identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions, and performance or diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads, assess ad quality, and protect their services. See Unity's Game Player and App User Privacy Policy for its processing and privacy choices.
Changing tracking permission or buying banner removal keeps rewards already earned. Banner removal stops banner requests and display once ownership is verified; optional rewarded ads remain available at your request, subject to inventory and the hourly limit. These choices do not shut down an advertising service that has already started, erase information already processed, or submit a deletion request to Unity or its partners. They also do not change Apple's or Unity's separate purchase processing.
Support email
When you email us, FocusOpus receives your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. These are used to understand and respond to your request. Support email is handled through Microsoft 365; Microsoft processes messages and related service information to provide that service. See the enterprise-services sections of the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Please send only information needed for your question, such as the game version and device model. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details.
Website visits
The support and privacy pages are hosted using Lovable. They do not require a Droplet account or a contact form; the support link opens your email application.
Lovable's optional visitor analytics is disabled for this website. Lovable and its hosting providers may still process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, timestamps and diagnostics to deliver and secure the website. Disabling visitor analytics does not disable this hosting and security processing.
See Lovable's Privacy Policy and its explanation of published-site visitor analytics. Links to external services open sites with their own privacy practices.
Retention and your choices
Local game records remain on your device until removed or replaced by the app or device's storage and backup processes. FocusOpus handles privacy requests through its support mailbox. We delete resolved support conversations from that mailbox 12 months after resolution, unless an ongoing dispute or a legal requirement means we need to keep them longer. This does not promise immediate deletion of separate provider records or backup copies. You can ask us about access, correction or earlier deletion of information in your correspondence.
Apple, Unity and Lovable keep service records under their own applicable policies and service arrangements. Their processing may involve countries outside your own. Deleting the game, declining tracking, buying banner removal, or deleting an email does not automatically remove separate provider records or backup copies.
For questions or requests about information FocusOpus handles, email help@droplet-game.com. Describe the information and action you are asking about without sending unnecessary sensitive details. Separate requests may be needed for records Apple or Unity controls; their linked policies explain the available routes. Unity's purchasing-service guidance also distinguishes requests handled by the developer from requests made directly to Unity.
Where EEA or UK data protection law applies, you can request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion or restriction of processing, subject to the conditions and exceptions in that law. You can also request portability of information you provided where it is processed automatically on the basis of consent or a contract. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation, and to direct marketing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
You can raise a privacy concern with us and complain to the relevant data protection authority, including an EEA supervisory authority or the UK Information Commissioner's Office. The European Commission's rights guide explains these rights and their limits.
Droplet is intended for a general audience and is not designed specifically for children. If you have a concern about a child's information, contact us at the same address.
